Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Ticket Striker, operated by Illinois REO Sales Inc.
Subscriptions and accounts
Paid access is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until canceled. You are responsible for your account credentials, activity, and payment information. Cancellation ordinarily stops the next renewal and access ordinarily continues through the paid billing period.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use Ticket Striker for lawful personal research. You may not share access unlawfully, resell, scrape, bypass controls, interfere with the service, or violate law or third-party rights. Ticket Striker software, branding, interfaces, and original content are owned by Illinois REO Sales Inc. or licensors and are provided under a limited, revocable, non-transferable use right.
Market data and service limitations
Market data and third-party content may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, revised, interrupted, or unavailable. Third-party links do not imply endorsement. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
No advice or brokerage relationship
Ticket Striker provides informational and educational software, not personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. It is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser, does not execute trades, manage portfolios, or create a fiduciary or brokerage relationship. Scanner results do not predict prices or guarantee outcomes.
Liability, termination and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Illinois REO Sales Inc. and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or trading losses arising from the service. You agree to indemnify them for claims caused by unlawful use or violation of these terms. Accounts may be restricted or terminated for nonpayment, violations, security threats, or unlawful use.
